Morvans syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease characterised by peripheral nerve hyper excitability, central nervous system symptoms and autonomic dysfunction which can mimic other endocrine presentations with symptoms including hyperhidrosis, weight loss, neuromyotonia and insomnia.
